Working with MassONE, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education staff can set up secure, online workgroups for the communication and collaboration. Participants in these groups can include Department staff, Massachusetts educators, and students. The following examples illustrate some of the ways these groups can be used:

• You can set up Discussion Forums on specific topics to encourage statewide sharing of best practices.

• You can collaboratively develop documents with colleagues using the Virtual Hard Drive.

• You can use the online Survey Tool to quickly gather data about districts' practices and preferences.

• You can use the Virtual Hard Drive to shared draft documents with district personnel, allowing them to provide feedback.

• You can access MassONE's curriculum tools and teaching resources to learn what is available to educators. You can also work with MassONE to add additional resources to this collection.
